Forms
Information about the new digital forms from the HR Department (DRH)
Since 3 June 2025, the Researchers’ forms have been replaced by fully digital forms, available on Connect, where the entire process takes place — from submission to completion.
For more information (regarding authorization workflows, platform notifications, sample form‑filling, among others), we provide:

Information
Late submission of absence justifications, holiday requests, and service‑exemption requests has jeopardized the timely processing of salaries. We kindly ask that, whenever possible, justifications be submitted in the days immediately following the absence.
The publication of the forms is intended solely to guide and support the requested procedure. Their use is not mandatory, and adaptations should be made whenever necessary.
