About DRH

People management goes beyond the mere technical handling of the hundreds of acts, processes, and daily operations with which we deal. Although these are fundamental, people are far too important to organizations to be managed solely by a human resources service or department. At the same time, it is the responsibility of the Human Resources Department to deliver high-quality, ethical, and professional services within its area of expertise, while meeting the high expectations of users and other stakeholders.

The journey is not easy and is not without challenges and resistance, but it is essential for the strategic alignment and success of IST, through the contribution that the Human Resources Department can make toward fulfilling IST’s mission and vision.

Alongside this conceptual and cultural shift, the Human Resources Department has sought, from both a strategic management and operational change perspective, to invest significantly in the training and development of its staff and in improving its infrastructure and working conditions (internal approach), while also enhancing the quality of its work, strengthening its results-oriented focus, and improving communication with users and other stakeholders (external approach).

This Menu therefore seeks to reflect, as far as possible, the path that we intend to follow.
