Information

Late submission of absence justifications, vacation requests, and service exemptions has jeopardized the timely processing of salaries. Employees are requested to make an effort to ensure that justifications are submitted, whenever possible, in the days immediately following the absence.

The dissemination of the forms is intended solely to guide and support the requested submission. Their use is not mandatory, and adaptations should be made whenever necessary.

A – Attendance, leave, absences, and licenses

DP – Personal Data

PS – Social Protection

Work‑related accidents

Important information:

  • If, for the repair of damages resulting from a work‑related accident, the employee chooses to use private healthcare services, reimbursement will only cover the amount that the service would have cost under the National Health Service.
  • Expense documents, in order to be eligible for reimbursement, must be issued in the employee’s name and tax identification number (NIF). Originals must be submitted to DRH’s Front Office, together with the medical prescriptions justifying the acts performed.
  • Expenses resulting from work‑related accidents or occupational diseases are not covered by ADSE. Therefore, IST cannot receive or reimburse such expenses.

In case of a work‑related accident, employees with an employment relationship with IST should go to:

IST – Alameda IST – Tagus Park IST – CTN
Hospital São José Hospital São Francisco Xavier Hospital Beatriz Ângelo
Hospital Amadora/Sintra Hospital Santa Maria
