You may do so through the following channels:

• Online form — A quick and accessible way to submit feedback.
• Email submission: sugerist@tecnico.ulisboa.pt
• Suggestion/complaint boxes — Available at the reception of the Central Pavilion (Alameda Campus) and at the receptions of the Taguspark Campus and the Technological and Nuclear Campus.

All praise, suggestions, and complaints are registered and centrally processed within SugerIST — the IST System for Managing Complaints, Suggestions, and Praise, coordinated by the IST Quality Management Council.
