1. Social Balance Sheet
Decree‑Law No. 190/96, of 9 October, establishes the mandatory preparation of the Social Balance Sheet, referring to the situation as at 31 December of the previous year, for all bodies of the central, regional and local Public Administration.

2. Staffing Maps
The preparation of the staffing map results from the application of Articles 29 and 30 of the General Law on Labour in Public Functions, approved by Law No. 35/2014, of 20 June, which states: “Bodies and services shall annually forecast their staffing map, taking into account the activities, of a permanent or temporary nature, to be carried out during its implementation.”

13 September 2014
Nominal list of integration into the Single Remuneration Table for subsisting and non‑revised careers, as provided for in Article 5 of Law No. 75/2014, of 12 September.

Key notes:
- Integration into the Single Remuneration Table (TRU) is carried out at the remuneration level corresponding to the exact remuneration previously held by the worker.
- At IST, this applies to the University Teaching, Scientific Research, IT Specialist and IT Technician careers, as well as management staff.
- Career regulations remain in force.
- The professional and remuneration situation refers to 13.09.2014 and does not reflect any changes occurring after that date.

The performance evaluation of each service is based on a Performance Assessment and Accountability Framework (QUAR), which sets out objectives, performance indicators, results achieved, available resources and the corresponding evaluation.

6. SIADAP
Activity Plans
Under Law No. 66‑B/2007, of 28 December, the planning and management control of public bodies must be organised according to an annual cycle, in which the activity plan is one of its fundamental components.
Activity Reports
The Activity Report is a document for analysing and evaluating the overall implementation of IST’s activity plan. It aims to summarise the work carried out throughout the year, justify deviations, assess results and structure relevant information for the near future.
