The process of developing the HR Department’s Vision can be described as both collective and democratic. An internal ideas competition was launched to create the statement that best reflected our aspirational vision of work, in line with the principles, values, and strategy established for the service by IST and the HR Department.

Following a vote by all staff members, the statement above was selected. It now serves as our guiding beacon, leading us toward our destination and embodying our core purpose.
