“Here and Now – ULisboa Crisis Psychological Intervention Line”:

• This service is available to ULisboa faculty, staff, and students, and aims to provide immediate psychological support during moments of emotional crisis, anxiety, or acute stress.
• Operational since 18 March 2025, the line is available Monday to Friday, from 09:30 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 17:00, through the number 210 493 499.
• It is entirely free of charge and exclusively for the ULisboa academic community.
• Closed in August and from 23 December to 2 January.
