Information on the New DRH Digital Forms
Since 13 January 2025, DRH forms have been replaced by fully digital forms, available on Connect, where the entire process takes place—from submission to completion.

Information
Failure to comply with deadlines for attendance regularisation jeopardises the timely processing of salaries. Staff members are requested to make an effort to ensure that justifications are submitted within the defined deadlines and, without exception, no later than the 4th day of the following month.

Accident at Work

Important Information:
- If, for the repair of damages resulting from a work‑related accident, the employee chooses to use private healthcare services, reimbursement will only be made up to the amount these services would cost within the National Health Service.
- Expense documents must be issued in the employee’s name and tax identification number (NIF) to be eligible for reimbursement. Originals must be submitted to the DRH Service Desk, together with the medical prescriptions justifying the acts performed.
- Expenses resulting from work‑related accidents or occupational diseases are not covered by ADSE. Therefore, IST cannot receive or reimburse such expenses.
