Instructions for submitting an application

Step 1 – Submit application

Click on “submit application” for the competition you wish to apply for. Press the “Create Application” button to register as an applicant.

You must provide your full name and an email address (make sure your email address is spelled correctly and remains active throughout the entire process).

Step 2 – Access to the competition platform

Check the inbox of the email address you provided during your registration as an applicant.

You will receive a URL to access the platform and electronically submit the documents required to finalize your application.

Step 3 – Uploading documents to the platform

Carefully check section X of the competition call for applications (edital) for the list of documents to present.

Submit the required documents. You may add or replace documents until the application deadline expires.

Step 4 – Final submission

Final submission of the application is MANDATORY for it to be considered.

To do so, click the “SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION” button on the platform before the application deadline expires.

Please note that after final submission, you will not be able to add, modify, or remove any documents.
