INA | Opening of the ReCAP Courses – Competency Framework for Public Administration
Within the scope of the implementation of the Competency Framework for Public Administration (ReCAP), please be informed that, starting on June 15, the training courses associated with this framework will be available.
The ReCAP is a strategic tool for the integrated management of human resources, establishing a common framework of behavioural competencies aligned with the mission, vision, and objectives of Public Administration.
The training offer is provided by INA, I.P., in an online, asynchronous, and free format, allowing workers to participate flexibly, according to their availability.
Please also note that access to the courses will remain open until December 15 of the current year, at: https://ap.nau.edu.pt/pt/programas/recap-siadap/.
Active participation in this initiative is essential to strengthening the qualification of workers and contributing to a more efficient, collaborative, and results‑oriented Public Administration.
